# Report a Problem to Hiveku and Follow the Answer

> Tell your AI team when something doesn't work or you'd like something new, then read the Hiveku team's answer and tell them whether the fix works

When something in Hiveku doesn't work the way you expect, or you have an idea, tell your AI team. They send it to the Hiveku team, and every request gets a reference such as **HK-582**. **My requests** lists them all with what the team said back.

This guide follows one of Northwind's requests from the answer to checking the fix.

## Report a problem or an idea

In any chat with your AI team, such as your chief of staff or a department agent, say what went wrong in plain words: what you did, what happened, and what you expected. For example: "The Opening Hours list in the CMS shows web addresses instead of the days." Your agent sends it to the Hiveku team and tells you its reference.

## Follow the answer

**1. Open My requests**

When the team answers, you get a notice from the bell at the bottom of the left rail; click it to go straight to the request. You can also open **Settings**, **Notifications** and click **See your requests**.

**2. Read their answer**

**Mine** shows the requests you sent, **Everyone** the whole account's. **Open** and **Answered** narrow the list. Click a request to read **Their answer**.

![My requests, with Mine, Everyone, Open, Answered and All: the request CMS lists now name entries by their main field, marked Fixed and Your move: Check it works, outlined; Their answer, explaining the fix; It works now and Still broken, outlined; and Ref HK-582](https://mintcdn.com/locusdigital/QTE7KNPw3vjmHWLK/images/how-tos/account/rq-01-answer-closeup.webp?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=QTE7KNPw3vjmHWLK\&q=85\&s=66042f931cfb69342be0cfe4cef532c1)

A fix, waiting for you to check it

**3. Tell them whether it works**

**Your move: Check it works** means the team fixed it and wants you to try. Try what didn't work before, then click **It works now**, or **Still broken** and say what you tried and what happened. Your answer goes straight to the team.

## Good to know

* **Choose how you hear back** under **Settings**, **Notifications**. Your assistant also tells you at the start of your next chat.
* **Your AI tools can report too.** If you use Hiveku from Claude, ChatGPT or VS Code, they can send requests the same way.
