If the assistants don't know your business, you're not in the answer. Hiveku asks the main AI assistants about your business and your category, scores how each one sees you, and lists what to fix first. This guide checks Northwind Coffee Roasters once. ## Set up your business **1. Open AEO** Click **Marketing** in the left rail, then **SEO**, then the **AEO** tab. **2. Fill in your business** Type your **Brand name** and **Website domain**. Under **Category**, write what customers would ask an AI assistant for, such as "Coffee roasters in Portland": the assistants are asked about that category without your name, to see if they bring you up. **Industry**, **Region** and **Competitors** are optional; competitors are found for you if you leave them empty. **Check again every week after the first check** is ticked to start with. Untick it to run one check only; you can switch weekly checks on later. Run the check** Click **Save and run first audit**. It takes a minute or two while each assistant is asked in turn. ## Read your score The **AI visibility score** at the top is out of 100. The **Overall score trend** draws a line once there are two checks. * **Resume weekly checks** checks again about a week after the last one, then every week. **Pause weekly checks** stops them until you resume. * **Remove** stops the checks and shows the set-up form again.
