If you work in more than one account, such as an agency with its clients, Workspaces shows them together. Its first page is a dashboard of every account you pick.

The default page

Until you choose a template, Workspaces builds its page from your Workspaces settings, so nothing you set up there is lost:
  • Portfolio: one row per client and a totals row, with Website form leads, Collected, Overdue receivables, Open tickets, Missed calls and Overdue tasks. On a phone, a card per client and one for the totals.
  • Pinned views: the saved views you pinned on Workspaces.
  • A table for each module you show (Sites, PM Projects, SEO Projects, PPC Campaigns, Content and Social), listing the work across your accounts.
Each client’s numbers are counted exactly as on that client’s own dashboard, and in each account’s own time zone. A client whose numbers your role there can’t see says No access for that column. Amounts in different currencies are listed one under the other, never added together.

Choose the accounts

The page reads your Workspaces selection, changed with the account picker at the top: the same selection the other Workspaces pages use. With nothing picked, it covers every account you can open. The portfolio’s numbers cover up to 50 accounts.

Templates

More > Start from a template offers whole pages for the questions an agency asks every day: Starting one makes it your own Workspaces dashboard and opens it. More > Use the default page goes back. On the default page, More > Show modules chooses which module tables it shows.

What it does not do yet

The Workspaces dashboard is for looking: it can’t be customized yet, it doesn’t refresh on its own (use Refresh), and it has no row buttons, since buttons act inside one account. The portfolio’s menu downloads it as one CSV table; module tables and pinned views have no download. To share a layout with a client, open the dashboard in your own account and use Share > Copy into another account. See Share and publish.
