Inviting team members
Open team settings
Go to Settings > Team from the workspace dashboard.
Enter email and role
Type the invitee’s email address and select a role (Admin or Member).
Send invitation
Click Invite. The invitee receives an email with a link to join your workspace.
Pending invitations
Invitations that haven’t been accepted yet appear in the Pending section. You can:
- Copy link — share the invitation link directly
- Resend — send the invitation email again
- Cancel — revoke the invitation before it’s accepted
Access scope
Team members have access to all projects in the workspace. Hiveku uses a single-account workspace model — there is no per-project permission system. If someone is on the team, they can see and edit every project.
If you need to restrict access to specific projects, consider creating separate workspaces for different clients or teams.
Changing roles
Click the role badge next to a team member’s name and select a new role from the dropdown. The change takes effect immediately.
Removing members
Click the Remove button next to a team member’s name. They lose access to the workspace and all its projects immediately. Their past contributions (commits, deployments, etc.) remain in the history.
Resetting passwords
Team members manage their own passwords through the account settings page. As an Owner or Admin, you cannot reset another member’s password, but you can remove and re-invite them if needed.
Activity log
The activity log in Settings > Team > Activity shows recent actions taken by team members, including logins, project changes, deployments, and team management events.
