Your AI team has an agent for each part of the business. Some start switched off. Switching one on gives it starter skills and rules for its job, and a name and a picture make it easy to tell apart when you ask it for help. This guide switches on Northwind’s Production Manager, the agent that runs stand-ups and keeps project tasks moving, and names it Wren Calloway.

Switch the agent on

1

Find the agent

Click Memory in the left rail. Under Your AI team, an agent that is off reads Not switched on. Click it.

It adds only the starter skills and rules the agent is missing. Anything it already has stays as it is.
The panel now shows what the agent knows and where it works. Production Manager works in chats on PM Projects and in connected apps and editors, and not on phone calls.
