Hiveku publishes to your social platforms directly — no third-party scheduler in between. Each platform connects in one of two ways:
  • Quick connect — uses a Hiveku-managed platform app. Two clicks, no setup. Shown whenever it’s available for a platform.
  • Use your own app (BYOK) — you create a free developer app on the platform (guided, one-time) and Hiveku uses it. Your brand on the consent screen, your API quota, your control.
Either way, your connections, post history, and analytics stay identical — you can switch a connection between the two later by simply reconnecting.

Connect an Account

1

Open the Accounts tab

Go to Marketing > Social > Accounts. Each platform card shows a Connect Account button.
2

Pick your path

The connect dialog shows Quick connect when available, and Use your own app with numbered setup steps, the exact redirect URI to paste (with a copy button), and honest notes about what the platform allows.
3

Authorize in the popup

Complete the platform’s consent popup while logged into your business account.
4

Pick what to connect

If the platform returns more than one thing you manage — Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, LinkedIn company pages, Google Business locations — Hiveku shows a picker. Check the ones to publish to; the rest stay available to activate later.

Per-Platform Setup Guides

Facebook & Instagram

One Meta app covers both. ~20 min, no review.

LinkedIn

Quick connect available. Own-app path for company pages.

X (Twitter)

~15 min. X’s API is pay-per-use (cents per post).

TikTok

Publishes videos as ready-to-post drafts in your TikTok inbox.

Google Business Posts

One-click import if GBP is connected for SEO.

What Each Platform Supports

Reconnecting

When a platform revokes or expires a connection (password change, token expiry), Hiveku sends you a notification and the account shows a red status in Marketing > Social > Accounts. Reconnecting is the same popup flow — post history and analytics are preserved.
Reconnecting is also how you switch a connection between Quick connect and your own app. Nothing else changes.
