Your booking page is one web address where people choose a meeting with you and pick a time. It lists your live meeting types in your colors, and anyone with the link can book. This guide gives Northwind its booking page, at app.hiveku.com/book/northwind-coffee, in Northwind’s colors.

Open the booking page settings

Click Calendar in the left rail, then Booking page in the Calendar menu.

Choose your address

1

Type the address

Under Booking link, type the name you want after app.hiveku.com/book/, for example your business name. Use letters, numbers and dashes. Capital letters become small ones and spaces become dashes.
2

Check that it's free

The line under the box says Available when nobody else uses the name, and shows the full link you will get. If it says Taken. Try another., change the name.

Make it look like your business

1

Logo

The page shows your account logo, or the first letter of your business name if you have no logo. To use a different logo on booking pages only, click Choose from media library.
2

Brand colour

Pick a color, or click Custom and type your own. The Confirm booking sample under it shows how your buttons will look and whether their text will be white or black.
3

Headline and Introduction

The Headline is the big line at the top of the page. Leave it empty to use “Book time with” and your business name. The Introduction is a sentence or two under it.
Branding: the Northwind logo, Brand colour set to Custom with b35624 outlined, the Confirm booking sample in that colour, and the Headline Talk coffee with Northwind and the Introduction both outlined

Let guests change time zone is on to start with. Guests always see your times in their own time zone, and with this on they can also pick another one. Turn it off to hide the time zone picker.

Put your meetings in order

Under Meeting types, use the arrows to move a meeting up or down. This is the order people see them in on your booking page. Only live meeting types are listed, and Manage opens your meeting types to add or change them.
Meeting types: 1 Wholesale tasting call, 2 30 Minute Meeting, with their up and down arrows outlined

To add a meeting first, see Create a Meeting Type People Can Book.

Check the preview, then save

The Preview beside the form changes as you type:
  • The two buttons at its top right show the page on a phone or on a computer.
  • Landing page is the page that lists your meetings.
  • Booking a time shows an example of the time picker, where your brand color is used most. The times on it are examples.
  • Enlarge shows the preview full size.

When it looks right, click Save changes in the bar at the bottom. Your booking page is now live. Under Your booking link, click Copy link to copy the address for an email, your email signature or your website. The button beside it opens the page in a new tab, and so does View booking page at the top of the settings. The Calendar menu also keeps Your booking page with its own Copy link, on every Calendar page.

Once a link is saved, a Use your own domain for your booking page card appears under it. It lets people book at an address you own, such as book.yourcompany.com: you add two DNS records, Hiveku sets up the security certificate, and your Hiveku link keeps working. Your own domain comes with paid plans.

Good to know

  • Changing the address later. If you change your booking link after sharing it, the old link keeps working and sends people to the new one.
  • Link-only meetings. A meeting type set to Hide from the booking page (link only) isn’t listed on your booking page, but people can still book it at its own link.
  • Who can change it. You need edit access to Calendar. Without it, the page shows the settings without letting you change them.
