Your helpdesk agent reads your tickets and chats for you. Ask it what needs an answer first, and have it write a first draft of a reply. It never sends anything on its own: a draft goes into your reply box only when you click, and you send it. This guide asks Northwind’s helpdesk agent, Avery, what to answer first, then has it draft a reply to Riley Sample’s chat about a torn bag of coffee.

Ask what to answer first

1

Open Helpdesk

Click Helpdesk in the left rail. The agent’s panel is on the right of the Overview. Click a suggestion, or type your own question in the box at the bottom.
Avery, with Huddle, New, history, Memory and close. I help triage tickets, draft replies, and find stalled work. Four suggestions, outlined: Show me open tickets that breached SLA; Summarize the highest-priority open ticket; Which tickets have been stalled with no reply in 24h?; Draft a reply to the most recent ticket. Shortcuts: /draft-reply, /escalate, /triage-new and /weekly-report

Read its answer

Ask in your own words, such as “Which open ticket should I reply to first?”. The agent reads your open tickets and chats and says which to take first and why, including any that have passed their response time targets.
Among tickets actually marked open, reply first to Do you sell coffee subscriptions? The visitor's follow-up about wholesale pricing for their café is still unanswered since Oct 23; route it internally for a confirmed answer rather than guessing a price. Hi. What time does your Division Street Cafe close on Sunday? is lower priority. One queue caveat: an urgent pending Hi ticket has been waiting on a human since Sep 28, with both response targets breached. The damaged-bag replacement request is also pending, with its first-response deadline at Oct 25, 02:14 UTC

Draft reply, outlined: I'm sorry your Ethiopia Yirgacheffe arrived with a torn bag and spilled beans. If you can, please share your order number and a photo of the damaged bag. Our team will review the details and follow up about your replacement request. Below: I didn't find a documented damaged-order policy, so this draft asks the team to review without promising a replacement. Insert into reply, outlined

The draft, and Insert into reply

Here Northwind has no written policy for damaged orders, so the draft promises nothing and asks for what the team needs.

Insert it and send

Northwind didn’t send this draft: Riley Sample is a test chat.
