Some visitors would rather ask than type. Talk live adds a voice call to your website chat: the visitor taps it, speaks, and your website assistant answers out loud, with everything written out as they talk. The call then lands in your Helpdesk inbox like any chat. This guide checks Talk live is on for Northwind, makes a test call from the website, and reads it back in the inbox.

Switch on Talk live

Click Helpdesk in the left rail, then Setup at the top, then Chat widget. On the Who answers tab, turn on Offer Talk live and click Save.
