When something in Hiveku doesn’t work the way you expect, or you have an idea, tell your AI team. They send it to the Hiveku team, and every request gets a reference such as HK-582. My requests lists them all with what the team said back. This guide follows one of Northwind’s requests from the answer to checking the fix.

Report a problem or an idea

In any chat with your AI team, such as your chief of staff or a department agent, say what went wrong in plain words: what you did, what happened, and what you expected. For example: “The Opening Hours list in the CMS shows web addresses instead of the days.” Your agent sends it to the Hiveku team and tells you its reference.

Good to know

  • Choose how you hear back under Settings, Notifications. Your assistant also tells you at the start of your next chat.
  • Your AI tools can report too. If you use Hiveku from Claude, ChatGPT or VS Code, they can send requests the same way.
