Some numbers live outside Hiveku: sales rung up at the café till, walk-ins at a tasting, jobs done on site. Put them in a table of your own under Your data. You, your team, your workflows and your AI agents can add to it, and dashboard widgets read it like any other number. This guide adds a sale to Northwind’s Café sales table and builds a dashboard that shows it.

Open Your data

Click Settings at the bottom of the left rail, then Your data. You can also get there from a dashboard’s list: click the dashboard’s name, then Your data. The list on the left has two kinds of table:
  • Running log: one row per thing that happened, such as each sale, with the details you choose.
  • Tally: a simple count, such as walk-in tastings, with a button that adds one.
New table makes your own; Import CSV starts one from a spreadsheet.

Add a row

Pick the table and click Add row. Fill in the details and click Add row.
Add row: When it happened 10/23/2026 01:58 PM; Item Cold brew and Amount 5.50, outlined; Payment Card, Location Downtown, Refunded No; and Add row, outlined

Show it on a dashboard

1

Open the widget library

Open the dashboard you want, or make one (see Make Your Own Dashboard and Share It). Click Customize (and Add widget if the library isn’t open), then pick the Your data tab.
2

Pick widgets for your table

Each table offers ready-made widgets: how many rows came in, the total of an amount, the rows by day, the newest rows, and a form that adds a row. Click Add on the ones you want, then Done.
Add a widget, Your data tab, outlined; under Café sales: Café sales rows, Café sales by day, Total Amount, outlined, Latest Café sales, and Add to Café sales, a form that adds a row, outlined; and Build from this table

Widgets for Café sales

The widgets show your table’s numbers for the dates at the top of the dashboard, and change as rows come in.
Dashboard Café sales today: Total Amount $123.50, up 75%, was $70.50, outlined; Latest Café sales with the newest row, Oct 23, 1:58 PM, Cold brew, $5.50, outlined; and the form Add to Café sales with Item, Amount, Payment, Location, Refunded and Add row

Good to know

  • Let your team add from the dashboard. The Add to form widget adds a row with the same checks as Add row, so the person at the till never needs to open Settings.
  • Fill it automatically. A workflow can add rows with its Send to Dashboard step, such as one row for every order from your till app, and your AI agents can add rows when you ask.
  • Your own widget. Build from this table makes a chart or number of your choice from the table.
  • Fix a mistake. Tick a row and click Delete. Deleted rows can be restored for 30 days.
