Good articles bring visitors from Google, but only if each one is written for something people search for, and only if readers can find their way to a page where they buy. The SEO plan checks both for one site at a time and helps you fix what’s missing. This guide plans the articles on Northwind’s main website.

Open the SEO plan

Click Marketing in the left rail, then Content, then the SEO plan tab. Pick the site under Site. The top shows how many buyer pages are confirmed, how many articles have a search phrase, and Things to fix.

Northwind's plan, before

Confirm your buyer pages

Pages that bring you buyers are where someone ready to buy ends up, such as your shop or contact page. Hiveku suggests them from your site. Remove any that are wrong, add any that are missing with Add a page, then click Looks right.
Pages that bring you buyers: Shop /shop and Home /, each Suggested with Remove; Add a page; and Looks right, outlined

Give each article a search phrase

1

Ask for suggestions

Under What each article is written to rank for, click Suggest phrases for all. It takes a minute or two. Each article gets one phrase, so no two articles compete for the same search.
2

Check them and use them

Click Use on a phrase you like, Edit to change it first, or Use all.
What each article is written to rank for, with Use all 3, outlined: Finding the Yirgacheffe, yirgacheffe coffee origin; Antigua at 5,000 Feet, guatemala antigua coffee beans; Sumatra: The Fog and the Fruit, sumatra mandheling coffee; each Suggested, Use, Edit, outlined

Three suggestions

The phrase is saved on the article. Once the article is published, Hiveku checks where it ranks on Google every week and shows it under On Google.
Antigua at 5,000 Feet with the search phrase guatemala antigua coffee beans, Not live yet, outlined; the other two still suggested

A phrase saved

Link each article to a buyer page

Next to posts don’t send readers to a page where they can buy, click Add the links. Hiveku drafts a closing sentence for each article that links to one of your buyer pages. Read each one, then click Add to the post, Edit it first, or Skip.
Sentences to add, with Add all 2 and Close: for Finding the Yirgacheffe, We follow this Yirgacheffe from the Gedeo highlands to its blueberry-jam and jasmine notes. Explore our coffees or get in touch through our shop., Links to Shop, Add to the post, Edit, Skip, outlined; and one for Sumatra

A drafted sentence

The sentence is added to the end of the article in Content Marketing. Your site gets it when you publish the article.
