Your Google Business Profile is what people see when they search for you on Google or Maps. Once it’s connected, you can keep it up to date from Hiveku: your description, phone, website and hours, the extra facts Google shows, and posts about what’s new. This guide uses the profile of Locus Digital, a marketing agency, and changes nothing on Google. Its phone number is hidden in the pictures.
Connect your profile first: see Connect Google Business Profile.

Open your profile

Click Marketing in the left rail, then the SEO Analysis card, then the Local (GBP) tab. If you have more than one location, pick it from the list. Overview shows how people found you; see Check Your Business Listings Score.

Set your hours

Under Regular hours, tick Open on the days you’re open and set the times. Untick a day to show it as closed.
3

Validate and save

Click Validate and save. Hiveku checks the changes with Google first; when Google accepts them, it says so. Click Apply changes to put them on your profile, or Cancel.

Hours, and Validate and save

Your business name and address can’t be changed here. Google asks you to verify your business again when those change, so change them on Google itself.

Set your attributes

Below the hours, Attributes are the extra facts Google shows, such as online appointments, wheelchair access or who owns the business. Tick the ones that are true. Each one changes on Google straight away, with no save button.
Attributes: Toggles apply immediately. Only yes/no attributes are editable here, outlined; a list of attributes with checkboxes; and Online appointments and Onsite services ticked, outlined
